All prices are listed in INR and, unless specified, are inclusive of GST. Final pricing may vary by model configuration, battery options, installation scope, and region.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or as per approved business terms).
Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently accept Cash on Delivery across India.
Online payment methods (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) will be enabled soon.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an SMS/Email when dispatch is initiated.

Delivery, Installation & Handover
Deliveries are executed by authorized service engineers for safe transportation and professional installation.

- User briefing: operation, safety, and maintenance basics
Timelines & Site Readiness
Delivery timelines depend on product type, location, and site readiness. Average window: 2–7 working days.
- Electrical readiness: earthing, sockets, and cable routes
- Access: lifts/ramps, doorway clearance, placement area
- Contact details: accurate site address and on-site POC
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. In case of approved returns due to damaged or incorrect items, refund will be processed excluding shipping cost.
